The Unigroup Packer/Loader Certification Program is a mandatory training program developed by Unigroup to establish consistency within the Mayflower system.

The program is an extensive training module that includes classroom and on the job training. Each agency must send a representative to Unigroup to be qualified as a Packer/Loader Certification Trainer. The trainer is then responsible for the implementing of the training schedule for their agency.

Nestor & Son has three (3) qualified trainers. Each new employee is started in the training program upon hiring regardless of past work experience. We want our crews to provide quality service in a consistent manner. We feel that by providing this training, we are investing in our employees and their success with our company. The training also lays a foundation for providing quality service to our customers.
